Samuel is a master at designing and delivering interventions and programmes that create measurable impact. Across civil service, F&B, non-profits and corporate sectors, he has helped organisations and teams achieve tangible results through carefully crafted learning experiences.
He combines deep expertise in facilitation with strategic programme design, ensuring that every initiative engages participants and produces real-world outcomes. His experience revamping NVPC’s flagship Fellowship programme for MNCs, SMEs and IHLs demonstrates his ability to scale learning experiences for diverse audiences. Samuel’s background as a commissioned officer in the army’s Training & Evaluation Centre contributes to his disciplined approach to designing and delivering high-impact interventions.
He believes leadership and personal growth are skills every student can develop and his programmes are designed to make that belief a reality.
Key credentials: Master’s in Non-Profit Management, Bachelor’s in English & Sociology, certified in ACLP, DISC, PROSCI, TESOL.
Co-Founder & Client Engagement Lead
Noelle drives client engagement and business development at Sowers Ark, ensuring that schools and organisations receive programmes tailored to their unique needs. She has extensive experience in MNCs across business development, client support and technology roles, giving her the ability to understand client goals, navigate complex requirements and deliver solutions that create measurable value.
Fluent in both Vietnamese and English, Noelle has a proven talent for building relationships and translating client needs into actionable programmes. She is passionate about creating experiences where students thrive and every initiative is designed to be practical, impactful and sustainable.
Key credentials: Bachelor’s in Business Administration, certifications in Digital Transformation, IT fundamentals and programme management.
